What stood as a red brick single story cottage, it was clear that this project was all about the location. The existing home was demolished and cleared away providing a fresh clean start to what may be one of Freshwater’s favored locations…...100m level walk to the beachfront.

Sal worked tirelessly with the design and floor plan. Sal’s personal business, providing tours to Morocco influenced the choices of many finishing items. Handmade and painted ceramic tiles, shutters and doors just to name a few. This was a truly exciting and memorable build, with life long friendships made.
