Our Patrick St, Avalon, project was everything Northern Beaches. This home, completed, stood as a Hamptons/Beach crossover style, which is ever popular on the Northern Beaches.
What was originally an existing fibro cottage, this project was taken on as a major alts and addition project. Patrick St has that due North East aspect that many Architects and designers beg for. Having this aspect, provides the light and warmth in winter and the cool summer breezes in summer……..you just can't go wrong.
This home was constructed using timber weatherboards, reclaimed hardwood and Australian blackbutt flooring. Custom made and detailed windows and Rosewood door units were a definite standout in this home. Traditional and detailed door and window furniture was installed, showcasing the skill level of the carpentry.
Planbuilt also constructed a custom fully tiled pool and Cabana with a Cedar shingle roof. Combining the aspect, this was truly an amazing area to be enjoyed all year round.
Completing the build, we carried out the structural landscaping and recycled brick driveway, completing yet another sensational build.
