We were contacted by Lou and Kev, who lived in North Curl Curl, who had recently purchased a vacant block in Freshwater that were planning to build their dream home. With interior designer Emma Macindoe also engaged, the planning and design process commenced. Lou and Kev made early contact with us, also involving us in this planning process. This allowed our team to harness the details involved and have the design engineered to our way of building. As I discuss with a lot of new potential clients, being involved at this early stage allows for accurate tendering and timing of construction. Following the completion of another new home in Freshwater we moved straight onto the build for Lou and Kev.
We had our onsite team working full time on this project, building and creating everything planned to date. Emma and Lou worked closely together throughout the build, fine tuning and making selections of wonderful products and finishes, that certainly made this another amazing home. We also constructed the luxury swimming pool and spa that is a standout feature of this home. With the home, pool and landscaping complete we were once again truly proud of another beautiful home that we had the opportunity to deliver.
We engaged Simon Whitbread to professionally photograph the home, as we believed it was a home that we could really showcase.
